Today, I was going to write about the perfectly-weighted MacBook Air lid…

… about how a thin plastic cover for my new MBA 13” makes the top lid sag just a tad too much…

… that it’s Apple’s attention to detail that makes me realize that they engineered the lid hinge to be perfectly neutrally resistant, so opening and closing it would be a great experience.

And then, the news.

People know me as a huge Apple nerd, and that’s an understatement. To me, Apple’s Just like that perfect chord in your favorite song that resonates through to your soul - Apple resonates with me the same way.
